Returns and size exchanges

Eligible items that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached, may be returned for a refund or a size exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To start a request, email info@carami.it with your order number, the item and your choice of refund or size exchange. Each eligible item may be exchanged once.

Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer and correspond to the actual amount charged by the carrier. Any customs duties, clearance fees and local import taxes remain the customer’s responsibility. Returns must be sent from the original delivery country.

Hygiene exclusions

Panties, bodysuits and swimwear, including bikinis and one-piece swimsuits, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Returned items are normally inspected within 3 business days of arrival. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method in the original purchase currency. Processing times depend on the bank or payment provider.
