Refund policy
Size exchanges
Unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with all original tags may be returned for a size exchange within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, panties, bodysuits and swimwear, including bikinis and one-piece swimsuits, cannot be returned or exchanged. Each eligible item may be exchanged for another size once.
To request an exchange, email info@carami.it with your order number, the item and the required size. We will send the return form and collection instructions. Returns must come from the original delivery country; return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Refunds
Where a refund is applicable, returned items are normally inspected within 3 business days of arrival at our office. After approval, we will email a confirmation and issue the refund to the original payment method.
Card refunds may take approximately 10 days to appear, depending on the bank. PayPal refunds are returned to the original account. Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency; exchange-rate differences cannot be reimbursed.
