Does Caramì ship worldwide?

Yes and shipping charges apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year round, so sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for exclusive offers.

Can I return my product?

We hope you enjoyed your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned for a change of size, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The return is the responsibility of the consumer. Except for PANTS and BODYSUIT which, for hygienic reasons, cannot be returned.

Where is my order?

Information relating to the delivery of your order will be available in the email you will receive with a tracking number which will allow you to track it. If we have not received the email, please write to us.

Shipping times and costs

Shipping costs and times vary according to the country of destination and may be subject to changes and/or offers. In Italy, shipping is express and costs €10, for orders over €50.00 shipping is free. For other countries, the shipping cost is €20.00. We invite you to browse the SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS page (you can find it at the bottom of the website to find out all the info on the matter, otherwise you can send us an email to info@carami.it and we will answer all your questions.

Are out of stock items restocked?

If a size isn't available, it means it's out of stock and unfortunately we don't know if it will be restocked later in the season. We invite you to periodically check the Caramì website to find any new availability of sizes or models.
