Does Caramì ship all over the world?
Yes and shipping costs apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year round, so sign up for the newsletter or follow us on social media for exclusive offers.
Can I return my product?
We hope you enjoyed your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned for size exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The return is paid by the consumer for an amount equal to €15. With the exception of UNDERPANTS and BODYSUITS which, for hygienic reasons, cannot be returned.
Where is my order?
Information regarding the delivery of your order will be available in the email you receive with a tracking number that will allow you to track it. If we have not received the email, please write to us.
Shipping times and costs
Shipping costs and times vary based on the country of destination and may be subject to variations and/or offers. In Italy shipping is express and costs €10, for orders over €50.00 shipping is free. For other countries, the shipping cost is €20.00. We invite you to browse the SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS page (you can find it at the bottom of the website to find out all the information on the matter, otherwise you can send us an email to info@carami.it and we will answer all your questions.
Are out-of-stock items restocked?
If a size is not available, it means that it is out of stock and unfortunately we don't know if it will be restocked later in the season. We invite you to periodically check the Caramì website to find any new availability of sizes or models.
