Does Caramì ship worldwide?
Yes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer discounts and promotions all year round, to discover them just sign up for the newsletter and/or follow our social channels.
Can I return my product?
We hope you enjoyed your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned for a size change, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The return is at the consumer's expense for an amount equal to €15 (in Italy). With the exception of UNDERWEAR and BODYSUIT which, for hygienic reasons, cannot be returned.
Where is my order?
The information regarding the delivery of your order will be available in the email you will receive with a tracking number that will allow you to monitor it. In case we have not received the email, we invite you to write to us.
Shipping times and costs
Shipping costs and times vary based on the destination country and may be subject to changes and/or offers. In Italy, shipping is express and costs €10, for orders over €150.00 shipping is free. For other countries, shipping costs are €20.00. We invite you to browse the SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS page (you can find it at the bottom of the website to find out all the information on this matter, otherwise you can send us an email to info@carami.it and we will answer all your questions.
Are out of stock items restocked?
If a size is not available, it means that it is out of stock and unfortunately we do not know if it will be restocked later in the season. We invite you to periodically check the Caramì website to find any new availability of sizes or models.
