EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with your Caramì purchase.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may request a size exchange for unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, briefs, swimwear, and bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • Items are eligible for exchange only if they are returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
  • Briefs, bodysuits, and swimwear cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  • The same item may be exchanged for a different size only once.
  • Returns must be shipped exclusively using the same courier that delivered the original order.
  • Returns are accepted only if shipped from the same country where the order was originally delivered.
  • Returns are not free of charge. A €15 shipping fee will be deducted to cover return shipping costs.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

  1. Email our Customer Care team at info@carami.it, indicating your order number, the item you wish to return, and the size you would like to receive.
  2. Complete the Exchange Form provided by email, specifying the item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason for the request.

    Please note: if the completed form is not included inside the return package, the exchange request will not be processed.
  3. Arrange a collection with the same courier that delivered your order.
  4. Once your return has been received and approved, your reserved replacement item will be shipped as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS

Returned items are generally inspected within 3 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. Once the return has been approved, we will immediately process your refund and send you a confirmation email.

The refund method depends on your original payment method.

  • Credit Card: refunds are usually credited within approximately 10 days, depending on your card issuer and banking institution.
  • PayPal: refunds will be credited to the original PayPal account used for the purchase.
  • Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences resulting from exchange rate fluctuations cannot be reimbursed.

For any matters not expressly covered above, the applicable European legislation governing distance selling shall apply.
