SELF - LOVE / Self love
LOVING YOURSELF, loving yourself, taking care of your body and what you wear.
But what does it really mean to love each other? For us of #CaramìTeam it means:
- Take time for yourself
- Self Respect
- Self Confidence
To implement Self-love, we first try to carve out some time for ourselves, by isolating ourselves from daily stress and diving into pleasant places.
Sometimes the right song is enough, a walk by the sea, a coffee with friends or some shopping .
The key to Self-Love is being kind to yourself : Treat yourself as you would treat someone you love deeply.
Take all the time you need.
Act to be appreciated by yourself and not by others.
Adam Smith argued that man “naturally desires not only to be loved, but to be lovable ; that is, to be that thing which is the Natural and Proper object of love.
Adopt a healthy diet, exercise, free your mind from negative thoughts, learn to accept mistakes you've made (mistakes are important lessons), emphasize your strengths and achievements and accept compliments.
We women think that put us at the center of our lives means being selfish and/or self-centered, but that's not the case: we need to set limits and feel free to say "NO".
It's time to think about us. It's time to love yourself. It's right to indulge in pampering, such as: going to the hairdresser, getting a massage, a manicure, buying yourself a gift, wearing something that makes us feel good.
The inner well-being is reflected on the outer one. If you feel good about yourself, you feel good about others too.
But you come first, because you're the only person you'll spend the rest of your life with.
